Bianca Jagger loses rent-controlled apartment

Mick Jagger’s ex-wife Bianca Jagger has lost her 18th-floor rent-controlled apartment on the Upper East Side. The Court of Appeals declared that Jagger, who is in the United States on a tourist visa, could not have kept the Park Avenue apartment as a primary residence and therefore violated requirements for rent regulation.
