The developer of the 60-story condo 56 Leonard is asking $2,700 per square foot for the homes there. Tribeca, which may be Manhattan’s last neighborhood to see price correction at its new developments, is home to an $11 million home at Artisan Lofts and a $16.35 million apartment at 101 Warren. One penthouse at 56 Leonard, designed by architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron, is on the market for $33 million, or more than $5,300 per square foot.
