Cohen Brothers offers free rent

Cohen Brothers Realty is offering a year’s free rent to commercial tenants in
three buildings who sign a ten-year lease for a full or half floor at a
minimum of $70 per square foot. Tenants at 805 Third Avenue and the
lower floors of 750 Lexington Avenue and 135 East 57th Street are
eligible for the deal, which Cohen Brothers has been offering for about
two weeks. Cushman & Wakefield determined that Manhattan’s office
vacancy rate in the third quarter was 7.4 percent.
