Developers lure residents with custom bicycles

Peter Manning and Robert Siegel, the developers of 211 Elizabeth, a 15-unit building at 211 Elizabeth Street in Soho,
are offering new residents free custom bicycles made by Dutch company A Black
Bike. Prices for the bikes start at $950, according to the bike company’s Web site. Units
in the building, which has a bicycle storage room, range from 750 to 2,189
square feet and begin at $1.55 million.
