Star Jones sues over penthouse damages

TV personality Star Jones is suing her Upper East Side building for $700,000, saying leaks and mold have forced her out of her triplex penthouse. The suit alleges the board agreed to fix the water problems in 2004 but never did, and as a result, “it is unhealthy and dangerous to reside in the premises.”
