Trump trumps state in Jones Beach

Donald Trump is moving forward with his restaurant and catering facility, Trump on the Ocean, in Jones Beach on Long Island, after winning a lawsuit against New York State this week. Part of the lawsuit stated that Trump’s plan to include a basement of offices and kitchens on site was a safety hazard, but State Supreme Court Justice Ira Warshawsky said the review board “lacked a rational basis.” For opposing and delaying the project, Trump is suing the state for damages.
