Clermont rental prices revealed

As The Real Deal reported last month, the Clermont, at 375 Myrtle Avenue in Fort Greene, is going rental. Monthly rents for one-bedroom units are listed
between $2,100 and $2,200,
two-bedroom units are between $2,800 and $3,500, and three-bedroom
units are at $3,650. The
52-unit building changed its strategy after only
eight units went to contract since sales started there last February.
Corcoran is no longer selling the units, and Ideal Properties is the
new
exclusive broker for the development.
