Million dollar buys on the UES

Philippe Pascal, the head of LVMH’s watch and jewelry division, bought a two-bedroom apartment at 955 Fifth Avenue, at 77th Street, for $4.3 million. Lester Brafman, managing director at Goldman Sachs, bought a three-bedroom apartment at 1165 Park Avenue, at 92nd Street, for $3.5 million, which is adjacent to a unit he already owns in the building.
