Lex gets French restaurant

French steak restaurant Le Relais de Venise will make its first appearance in the U.S. when it opens a location at 590 Lexington Avenue next spring. Franchise owners Steve and Michael Elghanayan signed a lease yesterday for a 4,000-square-foot space in the Rudin Management-owned building. Asking rent for the space, which has been vacant since earlier this year, was around $200 per square foot.
