Maximizing marketing dollars

Brokerages seem to be getting more creative with their marketing dollars. Aptsandlofts.com just started marketing a modern building in
South Park Slope and a classic building in Fort Greene together. The buildings — which are located at 556-558 Fifth Avenue and at 268 Cumberland
Street — have the same developer, architect and interior
designer. They are also sharing a Web site. David Maundrell, president of
Aptsandlofts.com, said buyers looking to move to Fort Greene
might also be interested in Park Slope, and vice versa. He said they are trying to make their marketing more cost effective.
