W Hotels on the block

Two W Hotels on the same Midtown block are being marketed as a package by Eastdil Secured. The W New York Tuscany, located at 120 East 39th Street, and the W New York Court, at 130 East 39th Street, have an expected price tag of between $150 million and $160 million for the pair. The two hotels have 325 rooms total, and had an average rate of $400 per night for the last year.
