Apthorp sales office opens

The sales office at the Apthorp is now open at 390 West End Avenue, between 78th and 79th
streets. Prudential Douglas Elliman is the exclusive sales agent for the condo conversion. The historic
building, built in 1908, was modeled after the Pitti
Palace in Florence, Italy
and has residences surrounding an interior courtyard. Condo units in the
building range from 2,000 to 8,000 square feet, many with original detailing restored.
