Sales activity on Central Park

Actor Michael Douglas’ ex-wife Diandra De Morrell Douglas is in contract to
sell her Central Park townhouse, which was
most recently on the market for $9.25 million. She bought the townhouse in 2005
for $5.95 million, and first listed it for $10.25 million in 2007. And at the
Dakota, a 10-room apartment is getting a 19 percent price cut from its original
asking price of $24 million in June. The unit, owned by a Wall Street executive,
is now listed for $19.5 million.
