Brady gives up on market, others buy and sell

recently listed at $17.75 million. Meanwhile, Girish Reddy, the founder of Prisma Capital,
paid $8.35 million for a ninth-floor unit at 101 Central
Park West. And socialite Carol McFadden has put her penthouse at
the Metropolitan building up for sale at $8.9 million.
