BCD to manage two Dinosaur projects

Real estate design and construction firm BCD has been selected to manage two construction projects for destination barbecue joint, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. Because of Columbia University’s expansion, the Harlem restaurant will be relocated to a building down the block from its current location at Twelfth Avenue and 131st Street. The new 7,200-square-foot eatery will be located on the southwest corner of Twelfth Avenue, at 125th Street. The original Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Syracuse, NY, will be adding a second level, for a total of 3,700 square feet. There is also a Dinosaur in Rochester, NY. BCD has overseen projects for Crumbs Bake Shop, Cosi and Blockheads burrito chain. TRD
