the market. At Trump Park Avenue, located at 502

6,200-square-foot penthouse is available for $200,000 a month. At the Waldorf Towers, 100 East 50th Street, a three-bedroom,
three-and-a-half-bath, 3,200-square-foot unit is available for $130,000 a
month. Also at Waldorf
Towers, a 3,800-square-foot spread with three bedrooms and three and a half baths is listed at $95,000
per month.
