Minority ad agency rents at One MetroTech

UniWorld Group, an advertising agency that focuses on African American, Hispanic and urban consumer markets, has signed a lease at Forest City Ratner’s One MetroTech Center in Brooklyn. The minority-owned agency, which was founded in 1969, is moving its headquarters to Brooklyn from 100 Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. The company signed for 37,000 square feet, the entire 11th floor. Major tenants in the building include Bear Stearns, Forest City Ratner and National Grid, according to Forest City’s web site. TRD
