Building manager sued for racial discrimination

Kohlbrecher, the manager of 1440 Broadway in Times Square, is being
sued by a security supervisor for
using the “Heil Hitler” salute and saying that he runs the building like
a “plantation.” Security supervisor Godfrey Williams makes the claims
in a racial discrimination suit filed Monday in Manhattan Federal Court
against Mulligan Security and Monday Properties. Google and Liz
Claiborne are among the tenants in the building.
