W Hotel selling in Dubai

Michael Shvo’s salespeople are
marketing the Financial District’s W New York Downtown Hotel &
Residences at the Cityscape real estate investment and development
forum in Dubai. Units at the Moinian Group-developed building, which
will have 217 hotel rooms and 223 condos at 123 Washington Street, are
reportedly selling well, with at least one prospective buyer
considering purchasing two floors. The one- and two-bedrooms in the
building range from $1.1 million for a 609-square-foot apartment to
$2.8 million for a 1,200-square-foot unit.
