TD Bank leases space on Third Avenue

TD Bank has leased 4,300 square feet at landlord Jack Resnick & Sons’ 880 Third Avenue, at 53rd Street. Cushman & Wakefield represented TD Bank in the deal, and sources said the asking rent was around $325 per square foot. TD Bank is part of Canada’s TD Bank Financial Group, which recently acquired Commerce Bank.
