Iron Gate Properties moves to LIC

Iron Gate Properties, a Carroll Gardens-based real estate firm that
handles townhouse, co-op and condominium unit sales and rentals in Brooklyn,
has moved its offices to Long Island City, Queens. The firm is now
located at 29-24 40th Avenue in Long Island City. “We think that there
is great potential in [Long Island City that] no longer exists in Carroll
