Beekman Place mansion sees 2nd price cut

The mansion at 21
Beekman Place, between East 50th and East 51st streets, had a second
price cut last week. The mansion was originally on the market for $25 million in March and now it’s down to $15 million.
Corcoran’s
Sharon Baum has the listing. The five-floor townhouse has 12 rooms and is about 6,330 square feet,
according to the Corcoran listing. The owners of the home have been in
a legal battle for seven years with their neighbors over a tall wall
the neighbors built on the border of their properties.
