Vacant space at the Hearst Tower, being marketed by CB Richard Ellis, may be filled after the Hearst Corporation’s holiday celebration for retailers tonight.
The event, which is being held in the building’s sky lobby at 300 West 57th Street, coincides with the International Council of Shopping Centers’
conference in Manhattan, and representatives from retailers including
Barneys New York, Chanel, Coach and others are expected to attend. Guests will be
given a tour of the retail space on their way to the
sky lobby. In June, The Real Deal reported that the tower has been without an anchor retail tenant since 2006. TRD
