Publisher signs lease with free rent, allowance

Publishing has signed a lease for 25,000 square feet at 119 West 40th
Street, Between Broadway And Sixth Avenue. The publisher honed in on
the building because it is being refurbished and the landlord offered
them a period of free rent and a construction allowance. The asking
rent for
the 15-year lease was $52 per square foot. The building was represented
by George Comfort & Sons, which owns the property with Charney-FPG.
