LCOR closes on Williamsburg construction loan

Developer LCOR has closed on a $33 million construction loan from Bank of America for a 142-unit, $69 million rental building at 34 Berry Street, at North 12th Street, in Williamsburg. The Perkins Eastman-designed building is slated for completion in spring 2010. Rose Associates is the leasing agent. Building amenities will include an outdoor garden, a fitness center, a meeting room and on-site parking. The project qualifies for a 421-a tax abatement. TRD
