On Monday, The Real Deal reported that hedge fund investor John Griffin bought a co-op on Fifth Avenue for $32.25 million, and some wonder what the next big sale in the city will be. A $51 million duplex penthouse is on the market at Trump Park Avenue, at 502 Park Avenue between 59th and 60th streets, and another duplex penthouse at the Mark, at 25 East 77th Street at Madison Avenue, is listed at $60 million. There’s a unit at 15 Central Park West, between 61st and 62nd streets, listed for $90 million, and a 24,463-square-foot mansion at 4-8 East 94th Street, between Fifth and Madison avenues, asking $59 million.
