She was most recently spotted looking at a three-bedroom duplex at 79 Laight Street, at West Street, with a price tag of $4.995 million. Meanwhile, actor Alan Alda has bought another apartment on his floor at the Millennium Tower, at 101 West 67th Street at Broadway. Alda and his wife, Arlene, paid $3 million for a two-bedroom, 1,248-square-foot condo that is adjacent to their 2,400-square-foot apartment, which is made up of two combined units.
