Caroling to sell condos

New York City real estate isn’t quite going for a song, but carolers from a Greenwich Village parish will sing outside an open house for Prime condos Sunday afternoon to draw attention to units for sale there. University Parish of St. Joseph choir members will sing at the Saxa-developed building at 333 West 14th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues, where the nine full-floor units are ready for move-ins. The building contains two- and three-bedroom units, starting at 2,341 square feet and $2.55 million. Although sales have already begun, all of the units are available for purchase. RP Miller & Associates is the project’s exclusive sales agent. TRD
