Condo’s Facebook fans get $1,000 off

The Sterling Green
condominium, on the border of Crown Heights and Prospect Heights in
Brooklyn, is offering a $1,000 discount for people who become fans of
the project on Facebook, and then buy a unit there. Prices at the building,
at 580 Sterling Place between Classon
and Franklin avenues, start at $299,000, and occupancy is expected in
2009. The eight-unit building is being developed by Aspen Equities.
