The Chelsea Enclave, a 54-unit luxury condominium at the eastern edge of the General Theological Seminary in Chelsea, took inspiration from the seminary for its design. NY1 looks at the Chelsea Enclave, on Ninth Avenue between 20th and 21st streets, where sales began in early September. The building also has ground-floor retail space, and broker James Lansill of Corcoran Sunshine said there are interested tenants. Occupancy at the building is slated to begin in fall 2009.
