Price cuts at Ludlow Lofts

Ludlow Lofts, the 12-unit condominium at 75 Ludlow Street, at
Broome Street, on the Lower East Side, is 50 percent sold out, and five
of the six remaining unsold units have recently seen significant price
cuts. According to Streeteasy.com, a full-floor, three-bedroom unit
that was on the market for $1.44 million in February is now listed for $1.2
million. In addition to the price cuts, the Halstead listings are also
advertising that the sponsor will pay the buyers’ common charges, up to
$1,000 per month for three years.
