More coupons for condos

Classic Marketing is offering an online coupon incentive to buyers at its Century Tower Condominium, at 400 East 90th Street at First Avenue. Classic Marketing also used the campaign to draw buyers at 300 East 64th Street in November. The Century Tower coupon offers free transfer taxes to buyers who sign purchase agreements at the building on or before January 31. Seventy-five percent of the 130 one-, two- and three-bedroom units are sold, according to Rae Gilson, the Classic Marketing sales director. Prices for the remaining units range from $445,000 to $1.585 million, according to Streeteasy.com. TRD
