Escada moving to 560 Broadway

Fashion house Escada is opening a store at 560 Broadway, at Prince Street, previously occupied by Ann Taylor. Real estate investor Jeff Sutton reportedly bought out Ann Taylor’s lease of the 7,000-square-foot space and then subleased it to Escada. Cushman & Wakefield’s Joanne Podell represented Ann Taylor in the buyout. Sutton is responsible for a similar scheme at 555 Broadway, where he bought out another Ann Taylor lease in the building and replaced it with Hugo Boss.
