According to the Observer, Dolly Lenz, Prudential Douglas Elliman’s vice chairman, is no longer selling the Cipriani Club Residences at 55 Wall Street. Elliman’s Raphael De Niro has been the main broker for the building for over a year, and although the 106-unit condo’s Web site says it is 90 percent sold out, Howard Lorber, Elliman’s chairman, said the true figure is closer to 70 to 75 percent. Lenz has also recently lost listings at the Manhattan House and Miraval Living, as first reported in The Real Deal, with Corcoran Sunshine taking over sales at both buildings.
