CBRE remains top in office leasing

CB Richard Ellis kept the top spot on Crain’s and CoStar’s “Top Manhattan Office Leasing Deals” list, released yesterday. CBRE represented the tenant or the landlord, or both, in 24 of the top 50 office leasing deals made last year, for the leasing of more than 6.3 million feet of office space. Cushman & Wakefield participated in 16 of the top 50 deals, for 2.72 million feet of office space, and Newmark Knight Frank in 11, for 2.77 million feet of office space.
