The most expensive home to come on the market this week, according to
Streeteasy.com, is a three-bedroom, three-bath co-op unit at 812 Fifth
Avenue at 62nd Street for $13.5 million, listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman. The unit number was not listed. The
second most expensive home listed this week is a $12.9 million co-op
with three bedrooms and four baths at 1040 Fifth Avenue, apartment 56B, listed by the
Corcoran Group. And the third most expensive unit is a three-bedroom,
three-bath condo at The Plaza, apartment 1709, listed with Sotheby’s International
Realty for $12.5 million.

Meanwhile, the least expensive unit in Manhattan to come on the
market this week, according to Streeteasy.com, is a $215,000 co-op studio at 501 West 123rd Street, apartment 5E,
listed by Bellmarc Realty. The second least expensive unit is a
one-bedroom, one-bath co-op apartment at 120 Bennett Avenue, at West 187th Street, listed by
Simone Song Properties for $245,000. The unit number was not listed. And at 320 East 42nd Street, apartment 1812, a
$282,500 co-op studio, went on the market this week, listed by City
