The unit with the biggest price cut in Manhattan today is a
three-bedroom, three-bath co-op at 730 Park Avenue, at 71st Street, according to
Streeteasy.com. Apartment 14C’s price was slashed by $2.5 million,
and it is the unit’s third price cut since it originally went on the
market in April for $16.5 million. The unit is now listed for 36 percent
less than the original listing price. The prewar apartment has a terrace, and
is listed by Brucie Boalt at Sotheby’s International Realty. TRD
