Africa Israel names 20 Pine sales director

Developer AFI USA officially announced it has taken over management and sales at 20 Pine Street, in conjunction with Shvo Marketing, as The Real Deal reported last week. Leading the marketing and sales for the building’s condos and retail space will be Lori Ordover, Africa Israel’s new managing director of sales and leasing. AFI USA said in a release that it expects all of the building’s amenity space to be completed by June 1. Work on the amenity space was temporarily stopped in February. Ordover will also be overseeing Africa Israel’s other projects, including the Apthorp and the Times Square Building. TRD
