Bronfman puts Westchester home up for rent

Seagram Co. heir Matthew Bronfman has listed his Westchester mansion for rent for $28,500 per month. The 9,000-square-foot home, known as Treetops, has eight bedrooms, eight baths and a swimming pool, and lies on 19 acres. The mansion, which is listed by Dan Ginnel of Ginnel Real Estate, is in the town of Bedford. Bronfman set a sales record back in 2007 when he sold his Upper East Side townhouse for $33 million, the highest price paid for a townhouse less than 26 feet wide at the time.
