The unit with the biggest price cut in Manhattan today, according to
Streeteasy.com, is a four-bedroom, five-bath apartment at 15 Central
Park West. The price of apartment 7A was cut by $2.5 million, and it is
now on the market for $22.5 million. This is the apartment’s third
price cut, and it is now listed for almost 30 percent less than its
original September listing price of $32 million. According to Streeteasy.com,
