Streeteasy.com, is a townhouse at 311 West 74th Street, between
Riverside Drive and West End Avenue. The price was cut by $2.01
million, and is now on the market for $9.99 million. The six-bedroom,
five-bath townhouse is now listed for almost 17 percent less than its
