A four-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse at 116 Central Park South, between Sixth and Seventh avenues, saw today’s biggest price cut, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of penthouse B was cut by $324,999, a drop of 8 percent from its most recent listing price of $3.99 million. The unit has been on the market for six months.
