Galerie 515 sales office open
The off-site sales office is now open at 630 Ninth Avenue, between 44th and 45th streets, for Assa Properties’ Galerie 515 Hotel and Condominium Residences. Buyers in the 92-unit building, which will be located at the corner of Ninth Avenue and 39th Street, will have access to hotel amenities, which include 24-hour room service. Condominium amenities include valet parking and a fitness center. Prices for the studios and one- and two-bedroom units begin in the high $700,000s.

Conversion completed at One Brooklyn Bridge Park
Newmark Knight Frank Residential Construction Services last month completed the conversion of a former warehouse into developer Robert Levine’s 438-unit One Brooklyn Bridge Park, Newmark announced yesterday. The condominium contains studios through four-bedroom units.

Savills creates new unit
Real estate advisor Savills has created a new advisory unit to assist clients with leisure, gaming and timeshare properties, the company announced this week. David Gutstadt, who most recently acquired hotel and gaming properties for a real estate fund at Goldman Sachs, will head the unit.

Cheering for sales at Prime open house
The Prime, at 333 West 14th Street, will bring cheerleaders to the building for a Final Four-themed open house this weekend. The NCAA games will also be played on large televisions throughout the building. TRD
