The unit to see the biggest price cut in Manhattan today, according to
Streeteasy.com, is a seven-room, three-bath condo at 345 West 13th
Street. The price of the duplex loft was cut by $700,000, and is now on
the market for $3.29 million. The 3,500-square-foot condo is now listed
for almost 18 percent less than its original price of $3.99 million
when it went on the market a month ago. The apartment was previously
owned by former IBM executive Ken Ranftle, and the home was left to
his partner Craig Leiby
when Ranftle died last November. Prudential
Douglas Elliman’s Darren Sukenik has the listing. TRD
