Affordable homes found in six NJ towns

The Daily News highlighted six towns in suburban New Jersey where affordable homes are available. In Montclair, one- and two-bedroom condos are priced around $200,000 to $300,000. The town of Caldwell has one-bedroom condos for under $190,000 and two-story Colonial homes for around $325,000. Potential buyers can find one-family rowhouses in Guttenberg for about $300,000, and single-family homes in Westwood for about $275,000. In Ridgewood, two-bedroom ranch homes are listed for around $350,000, and in Union City, prices start at $300,000 at the new condo the Thread.
