Several real estate pros in
the city made the list of Crain’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2009, a list of New Yorkers under 40 years old who have excelled in their particular fields. Bruce Beal,
executive vice president of the Related Companies, is on the list, as
well as Serge Demerjian, development manager at Silverstein Properties.
Also on the list are Joseph Daniels, chief executive of the National
September 11 Memorial & Museum; Jennifer Falk, executive director
of the Union Square Partnership; ecological design consultant Alexander
Felson; Suzie Mills, general manager of the Trump International Hotel
& Tower New York; Michael Rodriguez, president of Alliance Building
Services; and Erin Roeder, director of strategic neighborhood
development at Trinity Real Estate.
