Vornado building to get $100M renovation

Vornado Realty Trust plans to spend more than $100 million in renovations at 330 Madison Avenue at 42nd Street. Sources said the developer has hired architectural firm Moed de Armas & Shannon to design a new curtain wall, create a new storefront, enlarge and center the lobby and install a cogeneration plant, among other renovations. The 39-story, 742,000-square-foot building has nearly 180,000 square feet of available space, according to CoStar. Tenants include HSBC Securities and Wells Fargo.
