A wall in a small
Brooklyn apartment building collapsed and hurt a worker during
renovations undertaken without a permit, city officials said. The city
Department of Buildings said the worker has been taken to a hospital
with minor injuries. A non-load-bearing wall gave way on the second
floor of the three-story Building On Division Avenue, according to the DOB, and
a stop-work order has been issued for the site. The address of the building was not available.
