Madison and Park avenues, according to Streeteasy.com. The home is
listed with Leslie J. Garfield & Co. for $15.99 million, and the
townhouse’s address was not listed. The second most expensive new home on
the market is a four-bedroom, four-bath co-op apartment at 950 Park
Avenue, listed with Stribling & Associates for $13.7 million. And
the third most expensive home to hit the market this week is an
eight-bedroom, eight-bath condo at 99 Warren Street, listed with the
Corcoran Group for $9.99 million.

The least expensive unit to come on the market this week is a
studio co-op at 235 West 102nd Street, listed with Margaret Bassett
Real Estate for $269,000, according to Streeteasy.com. The second
cheapest home to hit the market is a studio co-op at 320 East 42nd
Street, listed with Halstead Property for $279,000. And the third
cheapest home is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op apartment at 269 Bennett
