The most expensive home to hit the market this week is a two-bedroom,
two-bath condo unit at Trump International, 1 Central Park West,
according to Streeteasy.com. Apartment 47A is listed for $28.8 million,
and the Trump Organization has the listing.

The second priciest home
listed this week is a nine-bedroom, nine-bath townhouse at 171 East
62nd Street, listed with Sotheby’s International Realty for $19.5
million.

And the third most expensive home to come on the market this
week is a four-bedroom, four-bath condo unit at 151 East 58th Street.
Apartment 32B is listed for $15.35 million with Brown Harris Stevens.

Meanwhile, the two least expensive homes to come on the market this
week are both listed for $225,000, according to Streeteasy.com. The first unit is apartment 4G at
209 West 118th Street, which has one bedroom and one bath. It is listed
with Warburg Realty.

The second $225,000 apartment is unit 12A at
505 West 141st Street, which has two bedrooms, one bath and is listed
with A.N. Shell Realty.

The third cheapest unit listed this week
is a studio at 40 West 72nd Street. Apartment 81A is listed with
Halstead Property for $250,000. TRD
